Equipment Description

The TM-60-1H-2S pipe end forming machine belongs to the TM series of pipe end forming machines. All machines of the TM series are universal and can be used for shaping a wide variety of workpieces, made, depending on the complexity, in one, two, three or more forming operations, with various dies. Machines of the TM series are designed, among other things, for expanding, reducing, mandrelling pipelines, calibrating pipes. TM machines allow for various shaping of pipe ends, depending on the tool installed on it.

Operating principle

Machines of the TM series belong to the type of forging and pressing equipment, a subtype of hydraulic presses with cold forming. The principle of its operation consists of clamping the pipe in a clamping pair and then forming the pipe by pressure with special matrices inside the module in one or more passes, depending on the number of stations.
